STRATHAM — From worldwide cuisines to comfort and ease food items, the next edition of the Fantastic Bay Foodstuff Truck Competition on Saturday, Could 7 has something for absolutely everyone. 

“We’ve obtained a good variety of (meals) vehicles,” claimed Jennifer Wheeler, president of the Exeter Spot Chamber of Commerce. “So what ever your choice is, probabilities are we will have it at the foods truck competition.”

The Huge Lousy Food items Truck will offer barbeque and cook-out-style meals whilst Scorching Mess Poutine will be serving up authentic poutine and its well-known maple bacon smashburgers.

On the lookout to travel the world by way of your palate? Seacoast Road Eats will be serving up Korean fried rooster, Caribbean coconut shrimp and Chimichurri skirt steaks.

There will also be vegan choices out there. Kimberly’s Gluten No cost Kitchen will be serving vegan tacos and tater tots although Red’s Superior Vibes will be presenting its vegan mac and cheese.

Dessert trucks include Clyde’s Cupcakes and its famed pink velvet cupcakes to Tin Can Co.’s most effective-promoting tiramisu crepes.

Clyde’s Cupcakes is a gourmet scratch bakery offering cupcakes, brownies, bars, cakes, and cookies.

The festival will take place from noon to 5 p.m. at Stratham Hill Park and feature more than 20 food vehicles, artisan vendors and songs. 

The occasion is presented by the Exeter Spot Chamber of Commerce and Stratham Parks and Recreation.
